It’s been four months since the house fire and we’re finally starting to get caught up with brewing! Being down for six weeks at the brewery really set us back—it feels good to be getting caught up!
Lucky Lobsta*, our New England IPA, is back on tap and in four packs!
*There is no lobster in this beer.
We released our KOSMIC BOOM #5 | Fruited Sour last week, but it’s worth repeating…
The latest edition to our Fruited Sour Series is Kosmik Boom #5! We started with our golden sour base, which we then aged on strawberry and raspberry puree. We then added a touch of lactose sugar, marshmallow, and chocolate fudge! 
This delicious fruited sour is refreshing and perfect on a warm spring day like today! In cans and on draft in our taproom! 
Kirk Wise is in the house tonight, Friday, May 12th from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM!
The Dillsburg Farmers Market started last Saturday, but Shannon and Brooks were attending the Craft Brewers Conference in Nashville, Tenn. Three days of learning, tasting, and sightseeing!
Brooks is back and is ready for the new season of the Market to begin!
We’re selling our beer in four packs again this year at the Dillsburg Farmers Market, from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM, beginning Saturday, May 13th.
